The Supreme Federal Court (STF) opened this Friday (11) the accreditation of journalists for the extraordinary session scheduled for next Tuesday (15), at 10am, which should discuss the case involving Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The opening of accreditation indicates that the session should not be secret, although it is not yet defined whether it will be fully public or with restricted access.
The STF Communication Secretariat informed that entry to the plenary will only be allowed to previously accredited persons, making available a link for the registration of journalists and reporters. At the moment, there is no information on any possible broadcast by TV Justiça, as occurs in the Court's usual plenary sessions.
The president of the STF, Minister Edson Fachin, gave 24 hours for Minister André Mendonça to remove the secrecy from all documents in the Master case. The question divides the ministers of the Court, generating divergences about the course of the process.
