The IP3 will be temporarily closed to traffic for three consecutive nights, between the junctions of Canas de Santa Maria and São Miguel de Outeiro. The closure works are being carried out as part of the IP3 dualling project between Coimbra and Viseu.
Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) is the entity responsible for information about these works. The closure is scheduled for the nights of 15, 16 and 17 July.
The affected section is located in the area between Santa Comba Dão and Viseu, a region where road modernisation and expansion works are underway. The dualling of the IP3 is an infrastructure project aimed at improving traffic conditions and safety on this road.
During the night closure period, drivers should use alternative routes to travel between the two areas.
