Paulo Barreto, constitutional judge and Representative of the Republic for the Autonomous Region of Madeira, promulgated the Regional Regulatory Decree that approves the organic structure of the Regional Secretariat of Health and Civil Protection. The diploma was signed and sent for publication today.
This decree establishes the organic structure of the Regional Secretariat of Health and Civil Protection, defining its organization and functioning. The document was previously approved at a plenary meeting of the Regional Government Council, held on August 20.
The signing by the Representative of the Republic is a necessary step for the entry into force of the diploma, which now awaits official publication to produce legal effects in the regional administration of Madeira.
