The Federal Police found messages revealing that André Salvador, an influencer recruiter for a communication strategy linked to banker Daniel Vorcaro, also monitored the social media of senator and presidential candidate Bolsonaro (PL-RJ). The information was obtained within the scope of the inquiry investigating the so-called "Project DV."
According to investigators, Project DV was set up to improve the image of the owner of Banco Master and spread criticism of the Central Bank's actions. André Salvador acted as a representative of the marketing company UNLTD Brasil in recruiting influencers for the project.
The reference to Bolsonaro appeared in a message sent by Salvador in December 2025, addressed to the assistant of Rony Gabriel, an influencer who was later invited to participate in the project. In the message, Salvador stated he had found Rony's profile while monitoring the senator's social media.
