Protesters receive the prime minister in Setúbal

Protesters gathered in front of the new Barbosa du Bocage School Center, in Setúbal, to protest against the prime minister. The protest took place during an official visit by the government official to the city.

The protesters took the opportunity to demand the valorization of public schools, defending better conditions and investment in this sector. Education was one of the central themes of the demonstration.

In addition to public schools, the protests also included calls for the valorization of the National Health Service, the SNS, and the maintenance of Social Security, demonstrating the citizens' concerns regarding these three fundamental areas of the welfare state.
