The playwright and filmmaker Marco Calvani, husband of Brazilian actor Marco Pigossi, expressed concern about advances in artificial intelligence on his social media. He reacted to a statement from a researcher at the American company Anthropic, who claimed there is more than a 10% chance that AI could "kill all humans" in the next decade.
On Thursday (10), Calvani shared a video about the subject in his stories and made an enigmatic post as a criticism of technology. In the publication, which featured a photo of himself with a closed expression, he wrote: "When AI takes over, I'll be on the farm."
In the post's comments, several fans agreed with the filmmaker's concern regarding artificial intelligence, while others took the opportunity to make jokes about the situation. The post generated repercussion among Marco Calvani's followers on social media.
