Candidates for the 2026 elections have until Sunday, the 13th, to submit partial campaign reports. The deadline is mandatory for all candidates for elected positions, regardless of party or level of office being sought.
The partial reports must include all financial transactions made since the start of the campaign until September 8. This includes revenue obtained, expenses incurred, and any donations received during this period.
Failure to meet the deadline or omission of information may lead to disapproval of the accounts by the Electoral Court. In addition to political sanctions, candidates may also face fines and other administrative penalties provided for in current electoral legislation.
