The Municipality of Alpiarça is carrying out maintenance and conservation work at various points throughout the municipality, covering school spaces, pedestrian circulation, access to the Industrial Zone, repair of damage caused by bad weather, and cleaning of the road network.
Among the interventions carried out, the replacement of sand in the outdoor playground areas of the schools stands out, an action carried out at the beginning of the new school year to ensure adequate conditions of use and safety for the students.
In Casalinho, a new sidewalk was built to improve pedestrian circulation conditions, while in the Industrial Zone work was carried out to pave the entrance to a lot, facilitating access to the location.
The council also carried out an intervention in Valinha, behind the old Portal da Vila, aimed at recovering the damage caused by the bad weather recorded at the beginning of the year. According to the Municipality of Alpiarça, these are interventions of a different nature, carried out at various points in the municipal territory.
