The academic community of the University of Porto has had, since September 7th, a new food space at the Campo Alegre campus. The new Food and Nutrition Unit was inaugurated at the beginning of the academic year and provides cafeteria and snack-bar services.
The new space focuses on a differentiated food offer tailored to the different schedules of the academic community, aiming to meet the varied needs of students, faculty, and university staff.
The university intends for this cafeteria to become a "model for university catering," establishing new standards of quality and service for the campus food facilities.
