Crédito Agrícola, in partnership with Maze Impact, launched the third edition of the Acceleration Program for Sustainable Transition in the Tourism sector. After two previous editions that supported 25 companies and contributed to the publication of 17 sustainability reports, the program once again focuses on tourism SMEs that have not yet published a sustainability report and wish to take their first steps in integrating ESG criteria – environmental, social, and governance.
Applications are open until October 6, and the program will run between November 2026 and March 2027, over five months. The format combines technical training, specialized individual support, and peer learning among companies, including weekly theoretical sessions, bi-weekly follow-up meetings, practical sessions with digital tools, and networking moments with sector experts.
The results of previous editions demonstrate a high level of satisfaction, with 100% of participants recommending the program and 86% stating they feel confident to independently prepare their next sustainability report. Testimonials from participating companies such as WOTELS, Seven O Five Hotels, and Hotel Dom Henrique Downtown highlight the practical impact of the initiative on structured reflection and identifying growth opportunities.
The program is open to both customers and non-customers of Crédito Agrícola, but places are limited and selection will be based on the defined admission criteria. At the end, each participant will have developed and published their own sustainability report, in addition to participating in a final event that will bring together companies, partners, and reference entities in the tourism sector.
