The Festivities in Honour of Saint Mary of Revinhade began on Thursday and continue until Sunday, the 13th. The program includes the traditional Dawn Salute, the Bugle Parade, a traditional food stall, a raffle and multiple musical performances throughout the four days.
On Friday, Daniel Faria performs at 9 PM and the band Aronis Show at 10 PM, followed by fireworks at midnight and DJ Miguel Cunha entertainment. Saturday is one of the highlights, with Ana Costa and Bailarinas at 9:30 PM and the musical comedy show by 4 Mens at 10:30 PM, before the Grand Fireworks Display at half past midnight.
On Sunday, the 13th, the patron saint is celebrated with Solemn Mass at 10:30 AM, followed by the parade of the Vizela Philharmonic Band, the entrance of the Folkloric Group of Moreira de Cónegos and the Majestic Procession in Honour of the Patron Saint. The celebration ends with folk group performances, concertina music and a final fireworks display.
The Revinhade 2026 Festival Committee revealed on social media their emotion after months of work, stating it was a tough year of great effort and dedication, with challenges and obstacles that seemed impossible to overcome. The committee called on everyone to participate to fill the streets with joy and promised more surprises throughout the coming days.
