The intermunicipal program Educ@RA2030, developed by the Intermunicipal Community of the Region of Aveiro (CIRA), has as its main objective to combat school failure and dropout in the region. In an interview, president Jorge Almeida spoke about the activities already developed by the program and the educational reality of the region.
Jorge Almeida states that one of the main challenges of the regional education system is to respond to an increasingly diverse school reality, which requires responses tailored to the needs of students.
The Educ@RA2030 program integrates various actions aimed at improving school results and reducing dropout rates, seeking to ensure better conditions for educational success for young people in the Aveiro region.
CIRA's intervention in this area is part of a broader strategy to promote education as a factor in territorial development and social cohesion in the region.
