At the end of this early morning, on Estrada Monumental, a vehicle crashed, but did not cause major injuries to the driver. The accident occurred around 6:00 AM, near the Orca Praia hotel, in the Estrada Monumental area.
The driver refused to be transported to the Hospital when the Funchal Firefighters arrived at the scene in an ambulance to provide assistance. At the time of the firefighters' arrival, the driver was already outside the vehicle.
