Standard Bank Angola has launched its public share offering, becoming the third Angolan banking institution to enter the stock exchange. This operation represents a significant milestone for the country's financial sector.
The public offering, known as IPO, covers 34% of the bank's share capital. Interested investors can participate in the operation until September 25, the deadline for share subscription.
With this stock exchange listing, Standard Bank Angola joins two other Angolan banking institutions already listed on the exchange, reinforcing the trend of opening Angola's financial sector to the capital markets.
