JE Lab will launch on September 17 the podcast "Mesa de Trabalho", which accompanies the Work Future Observatory and proposes individual conversations with the specialists who participated in the first edition of the video cast. The new format allows for deeper exploration of trends, real cases, and different perspectives on the changes that are transforming organizations, skills, and the relationship with talent.
The first edition of the Observatory, titled "Leading the Invisible: The Future of Work Between AI and the Human Factor", brought together four specialists: Nuno Cerejeira Namora, founding partner at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão; Fátima Geada, program coordinator at ISEG Executive Education; Rita Baptista, Chief Human Resources Officer at CIMPOR Portugal and Cabo Verde; and André Ribeiro Pires, COO at Clan.
Artificial intelligence occupied an important part of the debate, with applications ranging from talent selection to task automation. However, the debate showed that the future of work is not limited to the tools used, but also involves managing less visible dimensions such as trust, culture, mental health, and a sense of belonging. The balance between productivity and well-being, flexibility, the right to disconnect, and the coexistence of up to five generations in the labor market were other central themes of the discussion.
"Mesa de Trabalho" will extend this reflection in a more in-depth format, exploring with each specialist the trends, experiences, and concrete cases that help understand the transformation underway. From artificial intelligence to multigenerational management, through remote work and leadership development, each conversation will address perspectives from those on the front lines of this transformation.
