To claim prizes of up to R$ 2,428.79, bettors can go to authorized lottery retailers. Larger amounts must be withdrawn at Caixa Econômica Federal branches, where it is necessary to present an official photo ID and the winning ticket.

Prizes above R$ 10,000 may take up to two business days to be paid after the official verification carried out by Caixa.
