The Benfica SAD saw its administration costs increase by 47.8%, totaling practically 791 thousand euros spent on managers. This value represents a significant growth compared to the previous period.
Vice-president Nuno Catarino is the manager with the highest salary in the structure, receiving about 500 thousand euros. This value makes him the main responsible for the growing costs of the administration.
President Rui Costa gave up his salary, receiving no remuneration for his position in the encarnada SAD. This decision contrasts with the values attributed to the remaining members of the administration.
The increase of almost 48% in administrative costs comes at a time of debate about the club's financial management, with the encarnados justifying these values with the growing complexity of sports and commercial management.
