A 50-year-old Brazilian tattoo artist was accused last Wednesday of harassing two clients at a studio in Oviedo, Spain. The Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office requested four years in prison for the man, accusing him of sexual assault. If the conviction exceeds one year, the Prosecutor's Office may request the tattoo artist's expulsion from the country.

The first victim, 39 years old, went to the establishment in 2022 to get a tattoo on her left arm. After the procedure was done, the client returned to the studio a few days later to remove the protective plastics, accompanied by her two children.

According to the Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office, the tattoo artist allegedly kissed the woman on the mouth without consent in front of the children. The incident happened on February 10th, a few months after the client's first visit to the studio.

The Civil Police changed the classification of the investigation, which initially was investigating serious bodily injury while driving a motor vehicle, to homicide, after collecting evidence showing the characterization of the crime.
