Research seeks to understand the profile of Senac students to define diversity policies

oglobo10 September 2026 at 20:26

Senac is tabulating the results of the National Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Survey – Students 2026, conducted in August. The objective is to understand the profile of male and female students at Senac throughout Brazil. Students with active enrollment by June were able to participate, answering an online questionnaire about their experience during the course. All responses were anonymous and confidential.

The survey is an initiative of Multitude Edu, a diversity, equity and inclusion program at Senac. The survey is important so that Senac can develop diversity policies with greater precision, legitimacy, and the ability to measure their effects over time.

The results can also help regional departments develop welcoming practices more suited to the characteristics of each context. Multitude Edu aims to raise awareness among regional departments and nationally strengthen an organizational culture.
