The Initial Public Offering operation of 34% of the share capital of Standard Bank Angola was launched on Friday, representing the bank's entry into the Angolan stock exchange.
In an official statement, the financial institution considered this operation "a moment of special importance for SBA", also highlighting the significance of this event for the development of the capital market in Angola.
The offer represents a significant step in the dynamization of the Angolan capital market, marking the first presence of Standard Bank Angola on the country's stock exchange.
