The Competition Authority (AdC) approved the operation to purchase joint control of Alcotrans -- Agentes Transitários and FJRL -- Logística de Transportes by Grupo Sousa Investimentos, SGPS. The decision was announced today.
The buyer is Grupo Sousa Investimentos, a holding company. The targets of the acquisition are two companies in the logistics and transport sector.
The AdC concluded that the operation does not raise competition problems, having been authorized without restrictions. This is a joint control operation, meaning Grupo Sousa now shares the management of the two acquired companies.
