Flávio Bolsonaro's former campaign strategist, Marcello Lopes, sent R$ 1 million to Go Up, the production company behind the film "Dark Horse," a biopic of former President Jair Bolsonaro. The information was revealed in a report from the Council for Financial Activities Control (Coaf), which served as the basis for an operation authorized on Thursday regarding suspected embezzlement involving the film production.
According to the Federal Police, the transfers were made between November 10 and December 30, 2025, based on the company's financial transaction communications that investigators had access to. The transfers coincided with the documentary filming period, which took place between October and December of the previous year.
Over the course of a month, Go Up moved a total of R$ 19 million, with R$ 8.9 million in credits and R$ 10 million in debits. In addition to the R$ 1 million received from Marcello Lopes, the company also received R$ 645,000 from Congressman Mário Frias and another R$ 750,000 from NTT Brasil, according to the investigations.
