Largo da Serra, in Muro, hosts next Saturday, September 12, at 8:00 PM, a new edition of the "Traditional Corn Husk Removal." The initiative is promoted by the Parish Council of Muro and is open to the general public.
The event is dedicated to traditions, folklore, and popular gatherings, aiming to recreate the atmosphere of the old corn husk removal gatherings that were part of Portuguese rural culture. This is an activity that seeks to preserve and promote local traditions.
The Parish Council of Muro is the entity responsible for organizing this initiative, which aims to involve the local community and all interested parties in an evening of cultural sharing and remembrance of the traditions of the interior.
