The Spanish Ministry has a 54-page report documenting the political ideology of 280 journalists and commentators from practically all media outlets in the country. The document, revealed by the newspaper El Confidencial, contains detailed files on Spanish press professionals.
The dossier classifies these professionals based on their political views, creating a kind of inventory of the ideological positions of journalists and commentators from Spanish media outlets.
Following this revelation, the Spanish Data Protection Agency decided to open an investigation to determine the circumstances under which this document was created and stored.
