The president of the system manager highlighted the large-scale uptake by consumers. According to the data presented, nearly five million packages are being returned per day through the system.

Volta operates as a packaging collection and recycling system, incentivizing the return of bottles and cans after use. The volume of collections achieved in five months demonstrates the growing demand for circular economy solutions in the country.
