Primark inaugurated a new store in Setúbal, located on the 1st floor of Alegro Setúbal, next to the Auchan supermarket. The local mayor accompanied Primark's management on a visit to the new commercial space before the official opening.

The store occupies an area of approximately 1,600 square meters and represents the creation of more than 50 jobs in the region. Nelson Ribeiro, Head of Sales at Primark Portugal and Spain, highlighted that the opening represents a very important moment for the brand's expansion.

The opening of the Setúbal store is part of the investment plan of more than 45 million euros announced by Primark in May this year for Portugal, which includes four new stores and the expansion of an existing space in the country.

The new commercial space at Alegro Setúbal is the 508th store of the Irish chain worldwide. The news was published by the news portal of the Municipality of Setúbal.

Vale can debut in the Chinese debt market as early as 2026

Vale is considering entering China's bond market (panda bonds) as early as 2026, possibly following the steps of the Brazilian government. China is the mining company's main iron ore consumer, representing approximately 50% of its revenue, which makes exploring this debt market "natural," according to CFO Marcelo Bacci. The company is preparing for this operation, and the Asian country has been working to develop its domestic debt market, with the People's Bank of China expressing interest in the entry of Brazilian borrowers.
