Chocalhos return to Alpedrinha

Over three days, the event promoted by the Fundão Town Hall includes entertainment with traditional groups such as Zabumbas de Alpedrinha and Sounds of the Mountain, a hike through Serra da Gardunha, a dog exhibition, pastoral workshops, showcooking with Chef Maria Caldeira, a round table on the Bombo in Portuguese tradition, concerts and a walk with flocks between Fundão and Alpedrinha, with the aim of keeping the pastoral heritage alive and passing on the history of this centuries-old activity.
