The Municipality of Anadia approved the launch of a public tender for the urban requalification of Bairro Mira Crasto, located in Alféloas, in the Union of Freguesias of Arcos e Mogofores. The investment has a base price of approximately 383 thousand euros, plus VAT, and the work is expected to be completed within a period of 10 months.
The planned interventions include work on roads, sidewalks, parking areas and green spaces. The project aims to improve car and pedestrian circulation conditions, access to houses and parking organization in the neighborhood.
According to the municipality, the work intends to provide direct and visible benefits to residents and the local community, reinforcing road safety conditions and accessibility in Bairro Mira Crasto. The intervention also includes work on the tree component of the surrounding area.
Recently, the municipality of Anadia had already proceeded with the replacement of the water supply network in that area, in a prior intervention to the requalification now approved.
