The judge investigating the Ceuta migratory crisis, María Tardón, requested the minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños, to deliver the declassified reports from CNI, the Police and the Civil Guard related to the migratory crisis.
The information was confirmed by sources of the case to the newsroom. The magistrate is conducting the investigation into the events that occurred during the migratory crisis in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave in North Africa.
The requested reports cover information from three entities: the National Intelligence Center, the National Police and the Spanish Civil Guard. The judge specifically requires that these documents be declassified so they can be used in the judicial process.
The request is part of the investigation into the events during the migratory crisis, when thousands of people attempted to enter Ceuta in May 2021. The magistrate seeks full access to intelligence and security information to clarify the facts related to the incident.
