The owner of a yacht anchored in Nantucket, a sophisticated island in Massachusetts, in the United States, was arrested accused of a sexual crime against an employee. Christian Bradley Williams, 54 years old, was formally charged last Friday with sexual assault against a 22-year-old woman, a crime committed on August 9, a few hours after his wife, son and nanny left the vessel.

The victim, whose identity has not been publicly disclosed, worked as a deck hand on the yacht "Chimera" since June, in exchange for housing on the vessel. After the family and nanny departed at 4 PM, Christian asked, according to the victim, that she wear a dress, saying he wanted to take her to a nice place.

Christian Bradley Williams is a reserve military officer with ties to the US Navy and previously commanded the submarine USS Springfield, according to photos and social media posts. Currently, he works as a businessman in the nautical industry. The case was reported by the Nantucket Current.
