Volta exceeds 305 million packages returned in five months

The "Volta" packaging collection system exceeded 305 million packages returned in five months of operation. The number of packages returned tripled in the last two months, representing significant growth in consumer adoption of the program.

In terms of daily volume, the system records an average of about 5 million packages returned per day, which equates to over 3,400 packages per minute and 57 per second. These numbers demonstrate the growing popularity and use of the return system.

The Volta collection network has over 3,000 automatic Volta Points distributed throughout the country. Additionally, the system has seven Volta Kiosks in different municipalities, as well as manual Volta Points, offering solutions adapted to the various needs of users.
