The Team 8 – Centro de Treino Mar (CTM Madeira) team finished in 16th place in the overall classification of the 2026 Spearfishing World Cup. The competition took place in Sagres, between September 2 and 5.
The event, called CMAS World Cup Spearfishing 2026, was organized by M.A.R. – Maresia Associação Recreativa, under the auspices of the World Confederation of Underwater Activities (CMAS) and the Portuguese Federation of Underwater Activities (FPAS).
The event was held simultaneously with the National Spearfishing Triples Championship, bringing together athletes from different countries in an international competition.
