DANA victims transferred their "discomfort" to the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón over Salomé Pradas's presence as a professor. The Association of DANA Fatal Victims 29-O, one of the main entities representing this group, sent a letter to rector Jesús Lancis expressing their "concern and deep discomfort" over the incorporation, "another academic year," of former Minister of Justice Salomé Pradas as a substitute professor at the public university.
Salomé Pradas was Minister of Justice and is now a lecturer at the academic institution in Castellón. The victims' association questions the presence of a political figure associated with the DANA management as a professor at a public university, generating controversy at the beginning of the new academic year.
The fatal victims continue to protest against what they consider a lack of accountability for the events of the DANA on October 29, now publicly expressing their discomfort with Pradas's academic situation at UJI.
