"Joint-venture" from DK, ECS and Magna in logistics makes its debut investing in a park in Benavente

DK, ECS and Magna have formed a joint-venture in the logistics sector, which now marks its entry into the market with its first investment.

The joint-venture will build the Benavente Prime Hub, a logistics park whose construction begins this year.

The project is divided into seven phases, with completion expected by 2030.

According to the developers, the Benavente Prime Hub has already aroused "strong interest from a wide range of potential tenants".
