Thuc Doan Nguyen-Brophy is a woman who filmed the numerous September 11, 2001 attacks, but only managed to watch the footage 25 years later. On the morning of that day, she was abruptly awakened by a strong impact that shook her residence.

The sound was so loud and seemed so close that she initially thought a delivery truck had crashed into her building. The building was on the corner of Canal and Essex Streets, in the Lower Manhattan area.

The images captured by her show the shock, confusion and horror witnessed in real time during the numerous terrorist attacks that occurred that day.
