Apple held this Wednesday (9) its traditional annual new product launch event, which featured John Ternus's debut as presenter after recently taking over the position of CEO of the company. During the ceremony, the models of the new iPhone 18 and Pro Max lineup were presented, along with the Apple Watch 12 Series and Ultra watches.
Among the launches, the big star was the iPhone Duo, the brand's first foldable smartphone. The device opens horizontally, like a passport, reaching 7.6 inches, which represents a 50% increase in size compared to the iPhone 18 Pro Max. Apple highlights that the iPhone Duo is the thinnest ever manufactured by the company and features the A20 Pro processor, the same used in the iPhone 18.
The iPhone Duo will be available in two colors: starlight white and celestial blue. In Brazil, the model will have a starting price of R$ 21,999, with pre-orders beginning soon. The event was described by the company as "Surprising and brilliant".
