The report was produced by Instituto Democracia em Xeque in partnership with Instituto Sou da Paz. The blog had exclusive access to the survey data.
For the first time, PT candidate Lula appears in the leadership of engagement about public safety among the presidential candidates monitored. The data represents a significant political novelty in the electoral scenario.
The report indicates that Lula expanded his capacity to set the agenda on the topic, associating the fight against organized crime with the presence of the State, international cooperation, and defense of sovereignty.
