The Intermunicipal Community of Alto Alentejo (CIMAA) was present at the 40th Edition of the Handicraft and Gastronomy Fair – Festival do Crato, where it had its own stand dedicated to promoting the region.
At CIMAA's stand, activities, ongoing projects, and the potential that Alto Alentejo offers were presented, in an initiative aimed at boosting and giving visibility to the work of the intermunicipal community.
CIMAA is made up of 15 municipalities: Alter do Chão, Arronches, Avis, Campo Maior, Castelo de Vide, Crato, Elvas, Fronteira, Gavião, Marvão, Monforte, Nisa, Ponte de Sor, Portalegre, and Sousel, thus covering the entire Alto Alentejo region.
The Intermunicipal Community of Alto Alentejo is a public law legal entity, responsible for coordinating and promoting territorial development policies in the region.
