Law firm Sérvulo & Associados achieved seventh place in the Iberian ranking of law firms most recommended by clients, prepared by specialized publication Legal 500. This result positions the firm as the second Portuguese-headquartered law firm best classified on the Iberian Peninsula.
The evaluation was based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS) metric, which measures the degree of client satisfaction and recommendation. The Legal 500 study resulted from the collection of more than 200,000 responses from clients in 12 key markets in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, requiring a minimum of 200 responses per firm for inclusion.
The managing partner of Sérvulo & Associados, Manuel Magalhães, considered the result "a great source of pride", constituting the "direct reflection of the excellent work of a highly qualified team of lawyers". The responsible added that the recognition results from the "dedication, rigor and closeness" in building trusting relationships with clients.
In addition to the Iberian Peninsula, the study covered jurisdictions such as Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the Benelux region and Nordic countries, comparing domestic firms with international offices.
