Praça da República, in Arronches, will host on September 11th a Capoeira demonstration organized by Revolução Escola de Capoeira. The event is scheduled for 6:00 PM and entry is free and open to the general public.
The initiative counts on the active participation of students who attend classes in the Educ'Arte project and ATL de Esperança, both located in the municipality. The main objective is to introduce the community to the work developed throughout the year with the children and young people of the municipality.
The presentation will bring together the energy, music, movements, acrobatics and body expression characteristic of this Afro-Brazilian art, thus celebrating the end of a learning cycle integrated into the municipality's educational and cultural programming.
Revolução Escola de Capoeira, which regularly conducts its activities between Badajoz and Campo Maior, is the entity responsible for promoting this initiative, which is part of the educational and cultural activities promoted in the council of Arronches.
