Benfica's SAD is set to hold a General Meeting on September 30th, where five fundamental issues for the future of the society will be debated. The meeting will include the approval of the Report and Accounts for the 2025/26 season, as well as the discussion on the allocation of results obtained in the last fiscal year.
One of the most relevant points is the confidence vote in the corporate bodies. Sport Lisboa e Benfica, as the holder of all Class A shares, is proposing a vote of confidence in the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Statutory Auditor for the work developed between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
The GM will also have a strategic component, with the SAD intending to expand its corporate purpose, presenting two proposals aimed at influencing the future direction of the red and white society. These decisions are part of a set of measures that the administration considers essential for the development of the club.
