Interpol offered support in the search for children Ágatha Isabelly, 6 years old, and Allan Michael, 4 years old, missing since January in Bacabal, in Maranhão. The International Cooperation Center of the Federal Police made international cooperation tools available to the family that could be used to locate the children and, should they be found in another country, assist in their repatriation.
However, Interpol's involvement in the case does not mean that Ágatha and Allan have been found or that there is any indication they are outside Brazil. Contact with the Federal Police occurred this week and represents a new resource for continuing the search.
According to the family's lawyer, Nathaly Moraes, the international support was received via email and offers a new tool for the investigations.
