Parliament elects oversight of the "secret" services and Consultative Council of Lusnews on October 9

According to the report, the Portuguese Parliament will hold on October 9 the elections for the oversight of the "secret" services and for the Consultative Council of the Lusnews news agency. These two votes have been successively postponed at the Assembly of the Republic. The appointment for oversight of the secret services and the selection of members of the Lusnews Consultative Council were two pending issues for quite some time. The elections were initially scheduled for July, but were then postponed to the initial period of the new legislative session, which is now approaching.
