Digital services complaints in Portugal have been increasing consistently, with a rise recorded for four consecutive quarters. This trend reflects a growing consumer dissatisfaction with the digital platforms available in the market.
In the second quarter, 121 complaints were recorded, representing an impressive year-on-year increase of 195%. This figure highlights the significant acceleration in consumer complaints regarding digital services.
The social networks belonging to Mark Zuckerberg continue to be the platforms that generate the most complaints among Portuguese consumers. This leadership in complaints suggests that national users face recurring problems with Meta's services.
