The Alentejo Heritage Festival holds its fourth edition in Cabrela, a town in the municipality of Montemor-o-Novo, between September 25 and 27. The event brings three days of cultural programming to the Alentejo region, combining diverse artistic expressions.
Brazil is the guest country of this edition of the festival, bringing a strong presence of Brazilian culture to the event. The programming brings together musical genres such as samba, fado, and choro, as well as cante alentejano, dance, and contemporary art.
The festival thus promotes a crossover between Portuguese and Brazilian cultural traditions, creating a dialogue between different artistic expressions. The initiative seeks to celebrate and preserve the cultural heritage of the Alentejo region.
