More than 100 thousand complaints filed against AIMA since the beginning of the year

More than 100 thousand complaints against AIMA have been filed since the beginning of the year. The agency for integration, migration and asylum faces a high volume of complaints from users.

The agency reported that it has increased its workforce, with 138 more professionals joining over the past two years to address the growing demand.

Additionally, AIMA announced it will hire 150 more workers to improve service and reduce waiting times.
