More than 3,800 students returned to classrooms in Onda this Wednesday for the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The students attend Infant, Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate levels at the educational establishments in town.
The return to classes was marked by coordination with the local educational community, in a joint effort to ensure the proper functioning of the new school year. School authorities worked to ensure that all conditions were in place to welcome the students.
One of the highlights of this course is the reinforcement of inclusive education in the region. This commitment translates into the implementation of the new Specific Unit in Ordinary Center, known by the acronym UECO, which began operating at IES Serra d'Espadà. This unit aims to provide specialized support to students with specific educational needs within the regular school context.
