Parque José Guilherme, in Paredes, will host from October 15 to 17 the fifth edition of the Youth Health Fair, an initiative by the Municipality of Paredes. The event aims to promote the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits and alert the community, especially school-age youth, to the importance of prevention and health care.
Entities operating in the areas of health, wellness, or prevention can now apply as exhibitors, and should submit their registrations by October 2 through the form available on the Municipality of Paredes website.
During the three days of the event, visitors will have access to a diversified program that includes workshops, awareness and prevention actions, screenings, and diagnostics. The fair aims to bring young people and the general population closer to professionals and organizations linked to health, while offering participating entities the opportunity to present their projects and services to the community.
In addition to promoting healthier lifestyles, the initiative reinforces the importance of balanced nutrition and prevention, with special attention to young people.
