Pedro Sánchez went to the Casa 47 facilities to meet with the first tenants of this public rental company. The head of Government was accompanied by the Minister of Housing, Isabel Rodríguez, her deputy Leire Iglesias, and the new president of Casa 47, Maribel Ramos.

This meeting comes just days after Sánchez presented the new portal known as the 'Public Idealista', a platform through which the public entity's rental properties will be made available.

The visit represents a new gesture by the executive in housing policy, underscoring the Government's commitment to creating a public operator in the rental market. Casa 47 thus emerges as the new public landlord of the State.
