EY Law strengthened its team with two new associate partners. Nuno Lima da Luz moved from Cuatrecasas and will coordinate and strengthen the Digital Law area, also allowing the consolidation and development of the TMT practice. His career spans various areas of technology and telecommunications law, including data protection, cybersecurity, e-commerce, Web3, tokenization and crypto assets.
Hélder Mourato, who moved from Morais Leitão, will strengthen the M&A team, led by Sara Reis, and the Finance & Projects team, led by Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues. His focus is on investment, acquisition and financing operations in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His experience includes corporate operations, acquisitions and disposals, business restructurings, commercial partnerships and regulatory matters related to the energy sector.
